At Haleakalā Farm, everything we grow begins with healthy soil, thoughtful stewardship, and a deep respect for the ʻāina. Our half-acre demonstration farm showcases how regenerative farming can produce an abundance of fresh food, flowers, and handcrafted value-added products while caring for the land for future generations.
Because we farm with the seasons, our offerings change throughout the year. Every visit to our farmers market booth reflects what’s growing, blooming, and being harvested on the farm that week.
Seasonal Produce
Our gardens produce a colorful selection of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and specialty crops grown using regenerative and organic growing practices. Depending on the season, you’ll find tomatoes, leafy greens, herbs, pumpkins, winter squash, garlic, and other fresh harvests from the farm.
Edible Flowers
One of Haleakalā Farm’s signature crops is our collection of vibrant edible flowers. Carefully grown without synthetic pesticides, they’re harvested fresh for chefs, home cooks, bakers, and our own signature Lilikoʻi Shortbread. These colorful blooms celebrate the beauty of Maui while bringing fresh flavor and artistry to the table.
Garlic
Our Maui-grown garlic is one of our favorite seasonal crops. Harvested by hand and naturally cured, it reflects the unique climate of Upcountry Maui and is available in limited quantities throughout the season.
Pumpkins & Winter Squash
Each season we grow specialty pumpkins and winter squash selected for both their beauty and exceptional flavor. Whether destined for the kitchen or transformed into one of our succulent arrangements, these seasonal harvests celebrate the abundance of autumn on the farm.
Cut Flowers
Throughout the growing season our flower gardens burst into bloom with agapanthus, rose geranium, amaranth, white dill, dahlias, zinnias, nasturtiums, marigolds, and other seasonal flowers. Fresh bouquets including culinary herb bouquets capture the colors of Haleakalā and are harvested just before market for lasting beauty.
Succulents & Living Arrangements
Haleakalā Farm began as a succulent farm, and these remarkable plants remain an important part of our story. We continue to grow a diverse collection of succulents that are transformed into living arrangements, moss topiaries, seasonal pumpkin planters, and one-of-a-kind botanical creations inspired by Maui.
Signature Lilikoʻi Shortbread
Inspired by the first nasturtiums to bloom after the Maui wildfires, our signature Lilikoʻi Shortbread has become a symbol of resilience, hope, and sharing aloha. Each small batch is handcrafted with grass-fed butter, locally grown lilikoʻi, organic cane sugar, citrus, and Hawaiian sea salt, then finished with vibrant edible flowers that reflect the beauty of the farm.

As the farm continues to grow, so will our collection of thoughtfully crafted, value-added products inspired by each season’s harvest, from our own farm-inspired creations to specialty gift boxes curated in collaboration with fellow Maui artisans.
